About the Role
Amentum is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Analyst to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC). In this pivotal position, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the Integrated Product Team, guiding program management, engineering, and cybersecurity stakeholders from project inception through completion. Your primary mission is to ensure the integrity of hardware and software configurations, managing the full lifecycle of configuration and data management activities to meet rigorous program contractual requirements.
As a senior leader within the team, you will not only execute complex configuration control tasks but also lead and mentor junior analysts. You will define work assignments, oversee configuration control boards, and drive the development of engineering project deliverables. This role demands a deep understanding of the sustainment engineering environment, where you will analyze design changes, perform physical audits, and enforce strict change control processes to maintain the baseline of multiple simultaneous projects.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Please note that this position may require occasional travel to remote sites and the flexibility to work non-standard hours to support specific project milestones.

Requirements
