About the Role
As a Foreman, you will serve as the hands-on leader on our concrete construction sites. This role is designed to ensure that daily field operations run safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with project plans and company standards. You will be the bridge between project management and the crew, directing labor and equipment while overseeing the critical phases of concrete placement and finishing. Your day will involve interpreting complex construction drawings, coordinating material deliveries, and maintaining rigorous quality control. Beyond the technical execution, you will be responsible for mentoring crew members, conducting safety meetings, and fostering a culture where safety and quality are never compromised.
