The Foreman is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising and coordinating daily field operations on concrete construction projects. This position ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company standards. You will direct crews, manage labor and equipment, oversee concrete placement and finishing activities, and maintain a high level of quality control and safety compliance. The ideal candidate is an experienced concrete professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
