About the Role
The Foreman serves as the hands-on leader responsible for supervising and coordinating daily field operations on concrete construction projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with project plans, specifications, and company standards. You will be the bridge between project management and the field, directing crews, managing labor and equipment, and overseeing critical activities like concrete placement and finishing. The ideal candidate is an experienced concrete professional who brings strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to maintain high levels of quality control and safety compliance.
