About the Role
As a Concrete Crew Member, you will be part of a team dedicated to constructing critical infrastructure. This role involves preparing, forming, and pouring concrete foundations and shafts for heavy civil projects. You will interpret blueprints to perform layout work, transfer lines and grades, and fabricate formwork using wood and proprietary systems like EFCO, PERRY, SYMONS, and DOKA. Your day-to-day responsibilities include aligning and plumbing forms, laying out and tying rebar, and operating bridge finishing machines. Additionally, you will erect scaffolding, set sleeves and anchor bolts, and perform welding tasks as needed. Success in this position requires maintaining a high standard of housekeeping for the jobsite, equipment, and vehicles while adhering to Allan Myers' safety, production, and quality standards.
