About the Role
Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager to lead operations within our high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role is central to creating memorable guest experiences, ensuring a "FUN" atmosphere, and managing the daily flow of bowling, service, and overall floor operations.
As a Concourse Experience Manager, you will be the face of our venue, responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals while training and maintaining a diverse team. You will navigate the dynamic nature of entertainment management, solving issues in real-time to ensure every guest leaves with a smile. This position is ideal for an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic and superior guest service skills who thrives in a chaotic but rewarding setting.
