Concierge Security Officer - Part time

About the Role

As a Concierge Security Officer, your role transcends traditional security duties by placing a high focus on customer service. You will be the first point of contact for visitors in dynamic environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Success in this position relies on your natural ability to build meaningful connections, reassure others, and inspire confidence through engaging interactions.

You will work a set schedule on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as a GardaWorld Ambassador, blending safety protocols with hospitality.

Application & Hiring Process

While prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus, exceptional customer service skills and proficiency with basic phone and computer systems are essential. If a state license is required for your location, you must possess one.
