About the Role

As a Concierge Security Officer at GardaWorld, your primary focus is building meaningful connections. This role goes beyond traditional security; it is a high-touch customer service position where you will work with people across all shifts in diverse environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Your natural ability to engage with others is key to reassuring and inspiring confidence in everyone you meet.

You will serve as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding them, while simultaneously managing access control and ensuring the safety of individuals and property. Whether answering questions in person or by phone, you act as a professional ambassador for the site.
