About the Role

The Care Manager (or Designated Care Manager) is the heart of our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. In this role, you will provide the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families. Your work goes beyond tasks; you will offer hands-on physical and emotional support, ensuring every resident feels safe, comfortable, and dignified.

You will be responsible for maintaining a warm atmosphere of personal interest and positive emphasis. Whether you are assisting with daily living activities, engaging residents in life enrichment and reminiscence, or simply being a calm presence during difficult moments, your empathy and attention to detail will directly impact the quality of life for those we serve. You will act as a vital resource for families, communicating changes in condition and ensuring that the unique needs and history of each resident are honored.
