The Concessions Supervisor plays a vital role in the oversight and delegation of responsibilities within our food service operations. This position ensures the seamless execution of inventory management, customer service, food preparation, and strict adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures. While essential functions may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs, the core mission remains consistent: delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
In this role, you will lead a food service team, guiding them through daily tasks, training them on proper procedures, and ensuring that work stations are set up, maintained, and sanitized effectively. You will serve as a key point of contact for guests, anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction while managing food replenishment and asset security. This position requires the ability to work independently with limited supervision and adapt to changing job duties as business needs evolve.
