Day in the Life
You will work closely with cooks, dietary supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure the efficient operation of meal service. Your day involves assisting in the preparation of food trays, delivering meals to individual rooms or common areas, and ensuring food is served attractively and on time. You will interact professionally with residents, patients, and their families, responding to special requests and addressing dietary concerns with courtesy. Additionally, you will maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, monitor inventory levels, and follow all food safety regulations to keep the environment safe for everyone.
