The Concession Stand Lead is responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the food service operation. This role ensures the smooth execution of inventory management, customer service, food preparation, and adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures. Essential functions may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.
In this position, you will lead a food service team, assigning daily tasks and guiding staff on job duties, safety protocols, and service standards. You will serve as the face of the operation, ensuring guest satisfaction by anticipating customer needs and maintaining a positive demeanor. The role requires setting up and breaking down workstations, managing food stock levels, and ensuring the security of company assets. You will also be expected to adapt to unforeseen changes and work independently with limited supervision.
