About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and self-starter Computer Field Service Technician to deliver Class A customer service. In this role, you will travel to customer locations across Miami-Dade and Broward counties to provide onsite technical support for basic computer and network issues. You will act as the extended hands and eyes of the help desk team, serving as the primary contact for onsite technical support and service maintenance.
This position is ideal for students and fresh IT graduates looking to gain hands-on experience and learn from well-rounded IT professionals. You will manage on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance for computers, phones, printers, and scanners, while troubleshooting issues such as computer crashes, hard drive failures, and network connectivity problems.
