This is a hands-on, senior-level R&D position ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in complex, regulated environments and enjoys working across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines. You will play a critical role in the development of our robotic systems, contributing directly from prototype through verification builds. The day-to-day involves maintaining and upgrading a fleet of robotic systems under formal design control processes, leading system-level troubleshooting for complex electromechanical assemblies, and driving process, reliability, and system performance improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure full system traceability for R&D and clinical activities.
