We are seeking a persistent, organized, and values-driven professional to join our team as a temporary Compliance Specialist. This role reports directly to the Compliance Manager and serves as a critical link between the onboarding and operations departments.
You will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and compliance of our driver network. Your day will involve conducting quality assurance reviews of driver files, verifying incident documentation, and managing compliance records with a high degree of accuracy. You will navigate multiple technological platforms to identify missing or inconsistent information, proactively following up for resolution. Additionally, you will support driver offboarding activities and facilitate virtual trainings for new and returning drivers.

This is a temporary position starting June 15th with weekly hours of 40, including required overtime (including weekend hours) for 6 weeks out of the year. The shift runs from 13:00 to 22:00 EST.
