The Manager, Unit and Faculty Support serves as a pivotal link between faculty, administrative staff, and leadership, ensuring a high-quality operational environment for individual units. In this capacity, you will oversee the day-to-day management of Faculty Support Specialists and Unit Coordinators, fostering a culture where faculty and their administrative teams feel well-supported and empowered.
Reporting to the Associate Director, this position requires close collaboration with Unit Heads, faculty, Human Resources, and administrative colleagues to deliver effective service. The role is designed to navigate the complexities of academic administration, advising faculty on the optimal utilization of support staff and guiding them through key career milestones such as onboarding, promotion reviews, and transitions.
