About the Role
As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be a vital support pillar for the Legal and Compliance Department within our national network of surgical centers. In this role, you will ensure that our providers and facilities maintain good standing with state, federal, and accrediting bodies. You will play a critical part in maintaining accurate records, tracking complex regulatory requirements, and supporting audit readiness in a fast-paced, multi-state healthcare environment.
Your day-to-day will involve coordinating licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions, supporting provider credentialing processes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure all compliance standards are met. You will be the guardian of our compliance program, ensuring that our operations remain robust and aligned with industry regulations.
Work Model
This is a hybrid role with the option for fully remote work for candidates located outside the Greater Seattle area.
