About the Role
This position leads enterprise-wide compensation strategy, workforce analytics, job architecture, and HR systems governance. Partnering closely with executive leadership, Finance, HR, and Legal, the incumbent ensures compensation programs are competitive, equitable, financially sound, and aligned with the organization's long-term strategy. The role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing decision support for complex workforce and pay decisions while driving process improvements within HRIS.
