About the Role
As a Community Relations Manager within our Fundraising & Development team, you will be the bridge between Mosaic Life Care and the communities we serve. This role exists to strengthen partnerships and expand our outreach, ensuring that our philanthropic priorities align with the needs of our patients and neighbors.
In this position, you will design and lead community engagement initiatives that drive our mission forward. Your day will involve collaborating across departments to nurture relationships with donors, nonprofits, and local leaders. You will represent Mosaic at events, health fairs, and educational programs, while gathering feedback to inform future outreach strategies. Requirements

Experience in healthcare or nonprofit sectors. CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) certification.
