Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals
- check_circleDesign and facilitate the community's annual marketing plan
- check_circleManage the lead base and respond to inquiries in real-time
- check_circleConduct scheduled and walk-in tours for prospective residents
- check_circleSupervise, direct, and motivate the sales team members
- check_circleMaintain high resident satisfaction by building relationships with staff and families
- check_circleRepresent the community at outreach events, networking meetings, and trade shows
- check_circleManage social media accounts and promotional item inventory
- check_circleMonitor and manage the marketing budget and advertising costs
- check_circleProvide detailed sales activity reports with lead status and next steps
- check_circleMaintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management software
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma required
- verifiedBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- verified3-5 years of experience in relational sales
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software
- verifiedValid driver's license
