The Role: Community Partnerships Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Community Partnerships Manager to engage with community-based organizations, build authentic relationships, and guide organizations in understanding opportunities to partner with Pear Suite. This role combines community engagement with sales acumen to drive meaningful partnerships.
You'll build a pipeline of accounts through genuine community involvement. Your success will come from being a trusted presence in the communities where our customers work, primarily through virtual relationship building with strategic in-person engagement at key industry events.
Location: This role is only open to candidates located in Phoenix, AZ; Detroit, MI; Denver, CO; Kansas City, MO; Dallas, TX; and Los Angeles, CA. Candidates outside of these locations will not be considered.

Requirements
