About the Team

Family Bridges, Inc. is a non-profit, multi-services community-based organization that has been serving Asian American communities in the East Bay for over 55 years. Our Housing and Community Services department is dedicated to restoring hope and inspiring change through the cultivation of transformative relationships. About the Role
