As a Community Manager Floater, you will serve as the versatile backbone of our property management portfolio in the Tampa region. This unique position is designed to ensure operational excellence across multiple residential communities, filling critical gaps wherever they arise. You will be the face of Lakeshore Management, rotating between sites to manage tenant relations, oversee maintenance workflows, and drive resident satisfaction. Your flexibility allows you to adapt to the dynamic needs of our portfolio, ensuring that every community receives consistent, high-quality leadership regardless of staffing fluctuations.
Your day is defined by variety and impact. One moment you might be coordinating urgent maintenance repairs with vendors to ensure resident safety, and the next, you are organizing community events to foster a welcoming atmosphere. You will handle lease compliance, manage property budgets, and maintain accurate records across different locations. Whether you are resolving a resident's concern with empathy or supervising maintenance technicians, your goal is to create a sense of neighborhood and curb appeal that makes residents feel at home. This role requires you to be on your feet, navigating outdoor conditions and traveling between sites, all while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
At Lakeshore Management, we believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion, and kindness. We strive to build internal loyalty by listening to our residents and colleagues, seeking to understand differing perspectives, and resolving problems with empathy. Integrity is at the core of our operations; we follow policies, practice safety, and handle assets with financial responsibility. We are a team-oriented organization where success is collective, and we actively encourage continuous improvement and innovation. We are committed to developing our people, inspiring them to achieve goals, and creating an environment where everyone can grow and contribute their best work.
