As a Community Manager at Sandstone Ridge, you will execute the vision of our Development, Equity Partners, and Investors while building a vibrant sense of community. This role is designed for a dynamic leader who thrives in a property management environment, balancing operational excellence with team development.
In this position, you will manage the property and supervise staff in accordance with company policies. Your day-to-day involves maintaining strong rapport with vendors, residents, employees, and construction personnel. You will professionally resolve tenant complaints and property concerns while optimizing occupancy and net revenues to operate the property in a cost-effective manner. Additionally, you will establish and execute effective resident retention and marketing plans, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings that benefit both the company and the team.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager in Midland, TX, you will join an industry-leading team that values dedication and encourages professional growth. This is a salaried, exempt, full-time position offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo required testing, including a criminal background check, non-DOT testing, and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
