As the Community Manager, you will oversee the successful day-to-day operations of a 300-500 unit community. Your mission extends beyond financial and administrative oversight to include sales, marketing, and maintenance, ensuring company standards are met and excellent customer service is delivered.

You will represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, exhibiting a strong commitment to the service needs of both internal and external customers. You will partner with the Regional Manager to create operating budgets, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Your day will involve inspecting properties for compliance, managing resident retention through timely communication, and leading a team of property staff.
