About Us

Richmark Property Management is a family-owned company dedicated to executing quality projects that enhance communities. Our mission is to elevate the property management experience by prioritizing authentic relationships and delivering the best possible resident experience. We strive to live out this mission in everything we do.

About the Role

As a Community Manager within our Sales department, you will serve as the hands-on leader responsible for the day-to-day operations of our multifamily properties. This role exists to ensure that residents have the best possible experience while meeting all fiscal and physical goals for the property. You will coordinate and manage all persons, activities, and resources, acting as the bridge between property operations, resident satisfaction, and business performance.

The Day-to-Day

Your work will be dynamic and varied, blending office-based strategic planning with on-site presence. You will walk common areas daily to ensure cleanliness and maintenance, lead and mentor on-site staff, and provide exceptional customer service by resolving resident complaints and requests promptly. A significant portion of your time will be spent managing the maintenance team to ensure timely service and efficient unit turns, as well as overseeing rent collection, renewals, and vendor relationships. You will also stay ahead of local market trends to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates should submit their application with a resume and cover letter. The interview process will include a discussion of your assigned schedule, which may vary based on operational needs and may include evenings or weekends. We look for individuals who can demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to our core values.

Our Culture & EEO

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background. At Richmark, we believe in a supportive environment where team members can grow professionally, embrace our company culture, and maintain the highest standards of service.
