About the Role
The Community Ambassador serves as the vital liaison between residents and the management team, dedicated to creating a vibrant and engaging community environment. This role is designed for a student leader who wants to drive resident satisfaction and retention through meaningful engagement. You will be the face of the B.HOM brand, fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere while supporting daily operations and leasing efforts.
In this position, you will balance office duties with active community involvement. Your day might include planning social programs, hosting housing fairs, or providing on-call support for resident concerns like lockouts or noise complaints. You will also assist with move-in and move-out processes and serve as a resource for residents seeking local services. This role offers a unique opportunity to build transferable skills in marketing, sales, and operations while living on-site in staff housing.
