About the Role
Owen Corning is seeking a Community Relations Coordinator to support its continued operations in Hennepin County, Minneapolis. This newly created position is designed to build and maintain structured, ongoing relationships with local community organizations, residents, and stakeholders.
The role serves as the primary contact for neighborhood groups and residents, focusing on proactive engagement, issue identification, and coordinated follow-up. The goal is to reduce community escalation risk, support regulatory responsiveness, and preserve operational flexibility. You will work closely with plant management, legal, and government affairs representatives to ensure consistent, timely, and defensive messaging while managing the intake and resolution of community concerns.
