The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is a senior executive position reporting directly to the President & CEO, serving as the strategic architect of our clinical future. This role is pivotal in advancing The Centers' 2035 vision, providing the medical leadership and clinical direction necessary to integrate physical, mental, and behavioral health across our continuum of care.
You will drive medical excellence and ensure the highest standards of clinical care delivery while leading our medical and nursing teams. Working hand-in-hand with the Chief Program Officer, CFO, and COO, you will ensure the seamless integration of medical services from prevention and early intervention through crisis response and inpatient treatment. Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration. Additional certifications in addiction medicine, geriatric psychiatry, or related specialties. Experience in non-profit healthcare organizations.
