About the Role
We are seeking a Commodity Buyer to join our South Bay team. This role is pivotal in sourcing and managing commodity materials—specifically metals such as aluminum, titanium, and steel—to support our manufacturing operations. The position focuses on balancing cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance across multiple projects and business units.
In this capacity, you will execute sourcing strategies, process purchase orders, and negotiate pricing and lead times. You will analyze sourcing data to track market trends and optimize supplier selection while managing relationships, contracts, and issue resolution. The role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost reduction, inventory, and supplier performance.

Requirements
