About the Role
As a Commercial Specialist, you will be a key player in AutoZone's commercial sales and service operations. This role is designed to drive WOW! customer service, increase commercial sales, and ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. You will combine customer service, sales support, and logistics coordination, with significant opportunities to lead and grow within the department.
You will serve as a vital link between our commercial customers and our operations, assisting with product selection, managing orders, and maintaining accurate billing records. Your day will involve conducting account visits to build lasting relationships, generating new business through bound calls and in-person outreach, and ensuring a safe and compliant work environment for all team members. In the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager, you will step up to lead the commercial department.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Previous experience in commercial sales or automotive retail. Knowledge of AutoZone systems and procedures. Experience managing or supporting a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
