About the Role

Beyond administrative oversight, the incumbent will drive business growth through proactive outreach marketing and by cultivating strong, lasting relationships with commercial tenants. A key component of the day-to-day involves inspecting vacated spaces to verify readiness for new tenancy. Additionally, the role collaborates closely with the Accounting Department to monitor and manage the department's budgetary performance, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high standards of customer service.
