About the Role
The Senior Leasing Professional serves as the leader of the leasing team, driving the community's leasing and renewal strategies to achieve targeted revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to effectively lease apartment homes and build exceptional relationships with guests and residents.
In this position, you will assume leadership of the community's marketing plan and leasing activity, training and mentoring peers while guiding prospective residents through the entire leasing journey. From initial engagement via lead management software to finalizing lease agreements and ensuring move-in readiness, you will be the face of the community. You will also act as a key contributor to marketing efforts, including social media engagement, reputation management, and market analysis, while ensuring all operations meet the company's high standards for show quality and compliance.
