The Floating Leasing Consultant is a dynamic role designed for those who thrive in a mobile, community-focused environment. Unlike traditional positions tied to a single location, this role has no designated worksite. Instead, you will travel between and perform work at multiple properties within a designated market or region.
In this capacity, you will serve as the primary marketing face of our communities, interfacing with prospective residents while handling day-to-day issues for current residents and coordinating lease renewals. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors across your designated portfolio. This position offers a unique opportunity to see the broader impact of your work across a diverse set of communities, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to creating value and honoring our promises.
