About the Role
As a Service Operations Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of Service Coordinators, Supervisors, and Technicians in Charleston, SC. Your mission is to drive departmental success by ensuring contractual commitments are met with timeliness and high quality. You will act as a strategic partner to the General Manager, bridging the gap between operational execution and business growth.
In this role, you will not only manage daily workflows but also champion efficiency and profitability. You will be expected to embrace new methodologies and technologies, such as our Dynamiq platform, to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. From leading strategic meetings with key decision-makers to mentoring staff in their professional growth, you will be the face of our service excellence. Your day will involve balancing field labor utilization, overseeing fleet maintenance, and ensuring that every project is executed with precision and care.
