The Role

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician who knows their craft and is ready to problem-solve. In this role, you will diagnose leaks, perform repairs, and maintain a variety of commercial roof systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, mod-bit, and metal. You will also handle architectural sheet metal, ACM/MCM wall panels, and steep-slope products.

You will be the face of Element Systems on customer sites. This means communicating findings clearly to clients and our project management team, documenting all work via CompanyCam with photos and diagrams, and representing our brand with professionalism. You will be responsible for executing corrective repairs that solve problems permanently, not just applying temporary patches. Experience with ACM/MCM systems (Alucobond, Reynobond, etc.), OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, experience driving a service truck, bilingual (English/Spanish) skills, leadership experience running service crews or managing small projects, knowledge of steep-slope roofing systems, and ability to travel for certain projects.
