We are expanding our sales team to drive growth in the commercial roofing sector. This role is designed for a dynamic professional who thrives on building new relationships and delivering value through profitable preventive maintenance agreements, restoration coating systems, and corrective roof repairs for commercial, industrial, and government buildings.
As a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Associate, you will serve as the bridge between complex technical requirements and client needs. Your day will involve conducting job walks to measure and document roof variables, analyzing blueprints and specifications, and preparing detailed estimates and proposals. You will collaborate closely with project managers, purchasing teams, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and successful bid outcomes. Success in this position requires a blend of technical roofing knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse client base, including property managers and general contractors.

Requirements
- verified5 years verifiable estimating and/or sales experience specific to roofing
