We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our commercial roofing projects. This role serves as a vital bridge between Project Managers, field crews, and clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n In this position, you will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of roofing projects. Your day-to-day involves reviewing contracts, drawings, specifications, and submittals, while coordinating materials, equipment, and subcontractors. You will track project schedules, budgets, and job costs, and conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety standards. Additionally, you will manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation while maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, built-up, modified bitumen). Experience with estimating or takeoffs. Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
