About the Role

Join our award-winning HITT Futures Program as a Commercial Construction Project Engineer. This role is designed for college graduates, Veterans, and individuals passionate about elevating the business of building. The position offers an immersive, on-site experience tailored to shape the next era of construction leadership.

Over a structured, one-year development plan, you will commit to being fully onsite to shadow, learn, and gain hands-on experience with the day-to-day operations of assigned projects. You will work under the guidance of a dedicated Futures Program Sponsor—a tenured and experienced superintendent or above—participating in performance reviews every four months to ensure knowledge retention and development goals are met. The program focuses on mentorship, hands-on learning, and professional development, providing a fast track to promotion to an assistant-level project manager or superintendent upon successful completion.

Hiring Process
