The Commercial Real Estate Director II is the most senior-level individual contributor focused on relationship management within our Commercial Real Estate division. This role is designed for highly skilled and vastly experienced professionals capable of independent origination, structuring, and execution of large, complex real estate transactions.
In this position, you will manage an extensive portfolio of Commercial Real Estate customers with significant financial and asset bases. Your primary focus is driving revenue growth by generating loans and deposits, cross-selling applicable bank services to existing clients, and identifying opportunities to solicit services from non-customers. You will provide value-added financial solutions ranging from traditional to customized products to help clients enhance their businesses.
Beyond relationship management, you will be accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, and strictly adhering to the Bank's policies and procedures. You will operate within the Bank's risk appetite while ensuring actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While this role does not have direct reports, you may provide oversight and direction to Analysts, Associates, and Commercial Associate Program participants.
