Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering, Geography, Urban Planning, or GIS)
- verified2–4 years of progressive experience in GIS, Commercial Real Estate, or a similar analytical role
- verifiedIn lieu of a formal degree, 6+ years of relevant professional experience in the abovementioned fields
- verifiedProficient in GIS / mapping platforms
- verifiedSolid understanding of commercial/residential real estate, land parcels, utility infrastructure, and rights-of-way
