Precision Plumbing is a family-run company with over 150 plumbers dedicated to executing some of the Carolinas' largest new construction projects. For over 39 years, we have delivered major milestones ranging from Bank of America Stadium to numerous hotels, office buildings, and commercial spaces. We are currently expanding our leadership team to keep our momentum strong as we take on current and upcoming projects.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Foremen and Superintendents to drive the success of our new construction initiatives. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on big responsibility and are eager to lead teams through complex building phases. You will serve as the vital liaison between construction workers, supervisors, and superintendents, ensuring that every project is adequately staffed, supplied, and executed with precision.
In this position, you will organize work schedules for multiple teams, supervise all construction workers to ensure teamwork, safety, and discipline, and assign specific areas of responsibility to plumbing personnel. Success in this role requires a willingness to learn from all team members while maintaining high standards of communication and negotiation.
