The Commercial Manager serves as the central commercial liaison across the organization, working closely with Sales, Development & Engineering, Operations, Services, and Legal teams. This role is critical to maintaining commercial clarity, accelerating deal execution, and protecting profitability and compliance across our diverse project portfolio.
You will lead and coordinate all commercial management activities, from transaction structuring and contract negotiation to financial governance and risk management. The position requires a strategic partner who can balance bid competitiveness with internal margin, risk, and delivery constraints while ensuring alignment between project financial models and contractual structures. Success in this role means driving continuous improvement in commercial processes and sharing best practices to empower the broader team.
