About the Role
The Account Manager serves as a generalist within our industries, responsible for the day-to-day servicing of commercial lines clients and the maintenance of exceptional customer relations. This role is vital to our mission of fostering strong, lasting partnerships by ensuring accuracy in policy management and resolving coverage discrepancies efficiently. You will act as the primary liaison between carriers and internal/external customers, ensuring the delivery of superior service while adhering to strict policies and procedures.
In this fast-paced environment, you will manage the entire renewal process, from gathering loss runs and preparing narratives to submitting applications and following up on quotations. The position requires a balance of technical knowledge regarding commercial insurance underwriting and the soft skills necessary to communicate complex coverage details clearly to clients and underwriters alike.
