About the Role
ALC is seeking a Hybrid Project Manager / Business Development Manager to drive both client growth and project execution. This unique position blends business development, project management, and account leadership to play a key role in driving revenue growth, delivering successful projects, and expanding long-term customer partnerships.\n You will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, securing new project opportunities, and supporting estimating and preconstruction efforts. From award through closeout, you will manage commercial electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining strong margins and project performance.
