About the Role
We are seeking Service Technicians to join our team. This role is open to applicants with existing door experience as well as entry-level candidates with no prior experience. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of doors and related hardware, ensuring they function efficiently and safely.
Your day-to-day work will involve diagnosing and resolving technical issues with doors, installing commercial doors and hardware, and ensuring all work meets safety and building code regulations. Success in this position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. You will also be the face of Vortex Doors, providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining repair processes, and offering cost-effective solutions.

Requirements
