About the Role

This Commercial Agency Support Representative role in Fredericksburg, VA, is designed for individuals who enjoy solving problems and helping others. You will serve as the primary point of contact for business-to-business relations with insurance agents throughout the country. Your day-to-day involves answering coverage and underwriting questions, supporting policy changes, and providing troubleshooting support for both sales and service functions related to Commercial Truck Insurance.

You will begin with formal classroom training to learn processes for identifying, triaging, and delivering solutions for sales and service inquiries. As you grow, you will handle inquiries directly, delivering personalized service that demonstrates the value of building an agency relationship with GEICO. Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year, reflecting the growth opportunities available as you master the role.
