About the Role
As a Commercial Agency Support Representative in Fredericksburg, VA, you will be the first contact for insurance agents and their customers, supporting business-to-business relations throughout the country. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy solving problems and helping others. You will answer coverage and underwriting questions, support policy changes, and provide troubleshooting support for both sales and service functions related to Commercial Truck Insurance.
You will learn processes for identifying, triaging, and delivering solutions for sales and service inquiries via telephone. Following formal classroom training, you will begin handling inquiries related to Commercial Auto Insurance. This position offers a career with plenty of growth opportunities, including a potential base salary increase of 10% within the first year.
