About the Role
This Commercial Agency Support Representative role in Fredericksburg, VA, is designed for individuals who enjoy solving problems and helping others. You will be the first point of contact for insurance agents and their customers, supporting business-to-business relations throughout the country. Your day will involve answering coverage and underwriting questions, supporting policy changes, and providing troubleshooting support for both sales and service functions related to Commercial Truck Insurance.
You will learn processes for identifying, triaging, and delivering solutions for sales and service inquiries via telephone.
