About the Role

The Commercial Account Manager serves as a critical bridge between our team and our valued clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality landscape and snow removal services. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for commercial accounts, building positive relationships that drive customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and long-term retention.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of customer contracts, managing services such as lawn maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, turf care, fertilization, and snow removal. Beyond sales, you will work closely with operational leadership to ensure all project requirements are met, value-engineering solutions to keep jobs within budget while maximizing production. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys anticipating customer needs to develop innovative maintenance and design concepts.

Requirements

  • verifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent
  • verified2+ years of landscape/commercial snow/green industry sales experience
  • verifiedValid Driver's License
  • verifiedClean driving record
  • verifiedDOT medical card or the ability to obtain one
  • verifiedAbility to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • verifiedAssociate or bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
  • verifiedProficient use of Microsoft suite
